Explore how the brain processes emotions and learn simple tips to manage moments of overwhelm, stress, sleeplessness and loneliness .

This course offers a short online overview to explore some common cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) notions and IHEART principles in relation to wellbeing and managing anxiety and overwhelm as well as how fear and anxiety are processed by the brain and how our bodies and behaviours are impacted by fear and anxiety.

This session has been supported by our generous fundraisers and fully funded tickets are available to all. If you would like to support our work, there is an option to make a donation when booking your ticket. Every penny we receive supports our ability to offer free places to those who need them.  A suggested donation of £25 would be welcome for adults and if you are a professional with access to a training budget, we suggest a minimum donation of £35.
