Signposting to support

There are many national and local helplines and organisations that provide the opportunity to talk about how you’re feeling, share your problems, and find out how you can access more support.

Please be aware that all the helplines listed can get very busy, and you might ring at a time when there are no call handlers available.

Please don’t give up. You could try the Hub of Hope, a UK online service directory as they may list other organisations that will be able to support you.

Call your local NHS helpline (England Only) for urgent information, advice and to help access the right care. This line is available 24/7.

You can also call NHS 111 for urgent information and advice. This line is available 24/7.

Call your GP to get an urgent, same day appointment with your GP.

If you are supporting a child already under CAMHS, please call the professional point of contact assigned to your child.

OLLIE is currently reviewing and updating our extended mental health and wellbeing signposting diectory.

In the meantime, you may wish to find alternative support through the Hub of Hope, a UK online service directory as they may list other organisations that will be able to support you.

Alternatively, Papyrus is has a comprehensive directory of places to turn to for help.
