The OLLIE Foundation meets Cressida Dick

The National Finale of [email protected] 2018 took place on 17th June at The Warren. The day was raising money and more importantly awareness about donors for the ACLT Charity; a leading blood cancer charity formed in 1996 to increase the number of ethnic minorities on the UK stem cell, blood and organ donor registers. The day managed to secure 49 new life saving donors. You can find out more about ACLT here.

On the day there were also representatives from The Mounted Police, Armed Police, Canine Unit and The Chief Commander of the MET herself Cressida Dick.

It gave Verity a really great opportunity to discuss the work the police do in suicide prevention and tell Cressida all about our work and the training OLLIE provides.
