Join us for a rolling programme of 16 x 30-minute online sessions that incorporate elements from the Decider Skills CBT /DBT Programme, iHeart, The Theory of Constraints and the Debi Roberts Well-being Programme.

Learn skills to bring a deeper awareness and understanding to your survival system – your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Dip in and out of the weekly sessions or methodically complete the whole course if you are looking to better manage your own emotions and maintain good mental health.

Delegates will:

  • deepen self awareness and understanding of the intricacies of your survival system and the science behind your emotions

  • enhance emotional management, gaining valuable CBT skills and strategies to maintain good mental health

  • foster philosophical, personal growth and well being

  • overcoming your obstacles by equipping yourself with the tools to identify and tackle potential hurdles, setting you on a clear path to achievement

Cost:

  • £2,500 per community / age group – Access all 16 sessions across a 12-month period

Please be aware, we require a minimum number of delegates for each of our online sessions in order to run these effectively, if we are unable to obtain the minimum number 24 hours prior, you may be informed of the course’s postponement and will be given the option to transfer onto the next available course.
