The session was perfectly presented. It was delivered in a friendly, sensitive and professional way. It was great to be guided from the bigger picture to the practical application.

I enjoyed the talk and then the action afterwards, I felt it was very important to be able to put this into action on the screen yet not have that pressure of completing it. Debi spoke so kindly and clearly which I enjoyed and enabled me to take in more!
