ASIST
This 2-day training, with reflection and roleplay will empower you to support and guide vulnerable individuals towards vital assistance. This course enhances participants’ confidence and skills and can literally saves lives. Join this world wide network and help create safer, suicide-aware communities.

REACH
This is a compassionate, practical suicide prevention talk that helps people feel more confident reaching in when someone may be struggling. It introduces a clear, memorable framework for safe, supportive conversations about suicide. It’s ideal for parents, schools, workplaces and community groups seeking understanding, without overwhelm.

Empowering Conversations
This interactive suicide prevention awareness talk supports schools and organisations to foster caring environments where their staff feel confident and equipped to initiate safe, compassionate conversations about suicide and prevention.
Through facilitated discussion and practical examples, participants build confidence, challenge common misconceptions, and develop the skills to recognise when someone may be struggling, as well as how to seek or offer appropriate support in line with safeguarding policies.

School Crisis and Bereavement Support
We are uniquely placed to help whole school communities in Hertfordshire who tragically experience a sudden death or suspected suicide within their community.
Maria Nastri brings over 20 years’ experience of sensitively supporting schools through crisis, most often where the death is suspected to be suicide.

Safeguarding & Mental Health:
Supporting Staff with Confidence
A specialist workshop for school staff with safeguarding and mental health responsibilities, including SLT, Designated Safeguarding Leads and Pastoral Deputies.
The session focuses on strengthening confidence and consistency when responding to complex pupil needs.
